After working over 15 years in the home appliance repair and service business through various companies, a husband and wife decided to start an affordable appliance repair service to support their local community's needs in Marysville, Ohio.
Why Start Our Own Business?
Working at larger appliance repair companies, we noticed a lot of overhead and waste - this makes service less affordable. We have also noticed over the years that customers have opted to replace their appliances due to the high costs of repair, not getting the benefit of the full useful life of that old appliance they loved.
We wanted to make the cost to repair more affordable for customers by reducing overhead and operating costs while providing best-in-industry service. We are committed to bringing the best value to our Marysville and surrounding areas customers with our services.
